Herbed Potato Risotto- Russet Potatoes cut into a 1/8th inch dice, cooked with caramelized leeks and vegetable stock and thyme creating a thick and creamy mixture similar to risotto.
Garlic Broccolini- Fresh locally sourced Broccolini, sautéd with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and seasoned with salt, pepper, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
Balsamic Braised Grilled Short Rib- Beef Short Ribs, Yellow onions, carrot, celery stalks, garlic, beef stock, olive oil, red wine, balsamic vinegar, canned tomatoes. Brown sugar, kosher salt, bay leaves, juniper berries.
