"Lomo Saltado” with Sliced Beef- A premium quality Beef pan-seared with salt and pepper and then mixed with sautéed Tomato and Caramelized Onions. 

Roasted Peewee Potatoes- Oven cooked PeeWee potatoes seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley.
