Seared Halibut- Fresh Halibut pan-seared for a crispy skin with butter, capers, and tomatoes and then transferred to the oven to finish cooking. 

Zucchini Corn Pie- Oven cooked corn pie seasoned with basil, oregano, and cheese topped with sautéed Zucchini.
