Pan Jus- Sauce made with the rendered fat from the Beef Brisket, red wine, and sauté onions.
Aged White Cheddar Mac and Cheese- Creamy and flavorful White Cheddar Mac and Cheese seasoned with mustard, salt, and Black pepper.
Charred Broccoli- Oven-roasted Broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Finished with grated Parmesan cheese.
