    Harissa Roasted Lamb- Slow cooked oven roasted Premium quality Lamb seasoned with the spicy and tangy Harissa sauce for the perfect taste. Lamb is considered a high quality protein anda rich source of many vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B12, iron, and zinc.


    Asiago Orzo- Orzo pasta cooked al dente sautéed with butter and Asiago cheese with a drizzle of truffle oil, a sprinkle of salt and freshly proud pepper. Orzo is a good source of carbs.


    Sautéed Spinaches- Fresh locally sourced Spinaches sauté with extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic. Seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spinaches and extremely nutrient-rich vegetables packed with carotenoids, vitamin C, K, folic acid, iron and calcium.


    Braised Maitake Mushrooms- Sauté Maitake Mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
