Artichoke-Lemon Sauce – A healthy zesty artichoke-lemon butter sauce. Artichokes are a superfood in every sense of the word.
Moroccan ratatouille – what distinguishes our ratatouille from the traditional French ratatouille is dates and apricots join yellow squash and red bell peppers.
Za’atar Oven Fries – Sumac, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt – Eastern Mediterranean za’atar is an intensely aromatic and ancient spice blend and condiment. The mixture is traditionally made with dried herbs such as marjoram or thyme (the Arabic word za’atar, pronounced ZAH-tahr, also means “thyme”), we make ours with sumac for a vibrant twist. The sumac brightens everything up with citrus tones, but it’s also earthy, it makes our fries pop and it goes extremely well with the nuttiness of sesame seeds. Our fries come out of the oven so are a healthy way to enjoy a favorite comfort food.

Charbroiled Chicken Breast: Chicken Breast (Brined in Water, Salt, Sugar), Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.
Artichoke-Lemon Sauce: Milk, Artichoke, Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour, Butter (Cream), Lemon Juice, Garlic, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano.
Za’atar Oven Fries: Red Potato, Olive Oil, Seasoning, Sumac, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt.
Moroccan Ratatouille: Yellow Squash, Red Bell Peppers, Water, Eggplant, Onion, Dates, Apricot, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour, Olive Oil, Parsley, Chives, Apple Cider Vinegar, Seasoning, Salt.
Heating Directions From Frozen:
Stove Top: (Preferred Method) Bring water to a boil. Immerse pouch(es) in water, reduce heat to simmer, and heat for 7 minutes. Side dishes and sauces (if included) require only 4 to 4½ minutes in the same pot.
Microwave: (Alternative Method) Pierce hole in plastic film for venting. Place pouches on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 4 ½ to 5 minutes, or until heated through Let product stand for 1 – 2 minutes before enjoying.
Oven: (Not Recommended)
In the event your meal is not fully reheated after removal from the pouches, you may continue reheating in a microwave on a microwave safe dish until done – which should be no more than another minute or two. An internal temperature of 158° F must be reached. Appliances vary, adjust accordingly.
For items without sauces or gravy, cut a hole in corner of pouch and drain excess liquid before plating.
