Turkey and Vegetable Kabob with Pecorino Romano Sauce, Lentil Rice and Spicy Chili Broccoli


A Premium Quality Turkey Breast combined with green and red bell peppers and onion and cooked to perfection, topped with a pecorino Romano creamy sauce. Accompanied by our spicy chili broccoli and our healthy and delicious Lebanese rice.

Turkey and Vegetable Kabob – Our homemade Turkey kabob is made with Premium Quality Turkey Breast that is brined for extra juiciness. The Turkey Breast is then cut into squares and placed on the skewers with the Bell Peppers and Onion.  

Pecorino Romano Sauce –Pecorino is one of Italy’s oldest cheeses, a hard salty cheese that is combined with Parmesan and grated into our cream sauce. 

Lebanese Lentil Rice – Our healthy and delicious Lebanese rice. A mixture of red lentils, rice, and orzo prepared with our homemade vegetable stock. 

Spicy Chili Broccoli –Cooked until tender, the Broccolis are then seasoned with a drizzle of Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, and a sprinkle of Chili Flakes.

One order provides approximately 1 serving, 14 oz.

Turkey Kabob: Turkey Breast (Brined in Water, Sugar, Salt), Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Onion.

Pecorino Romano Cream Sauce: (Butter (Cream), Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Pecorino Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Sheep’s Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking), Parmesan Cheese (Imported Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk Cow Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking), Parsley, Salt, Seasoning).

Orzo: Orzo Pasta (Water, Semolina (Wheat), Durum Flour, Niacin, Iron (Ferrous Sulfate), Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sauce Milk (Grade A Reduced Fat Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3), Brussel Sprouts, Mushrooms, Butter (Cream), Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Pecorino Cheese (Imported Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk Cow Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking), Parmesan Cheese (Imported Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Part-Skim Milk Cow Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt Enzymes, Powdered Cellulose Added to Prevent Caking), Salt, Seasoning). 

Cauliflower Gratin: Cauliflower, Chermoula Sauce (Olive Oil, Water, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Seasoning, Sea Salt).

Heating Instructions from Frozen

Stove Top: submerge bags in boiling water.
Sauces 3 - 4 min, Sides 5 - 6 min and Proteins 6 - 7 min.

Microwave: puncture bags and microwave them.
Sauces 1 - 2 min, Sides 3 - 4 min, Proteins 5 - 7 min.
Time may vary depending on the microwave. Recommend that times are done in increments until the desired temperature is achieved.

Caution:Contents will be very hot.
