A dish from the sun-soaked shores of the Mediterranean. Harissa, the foundation for this dish is the national condiment of Tunisia. The main ingredients of the sauce are red peppers, and lemon which are the base for a spicy tangy sauce for the fire roasted shrimp. Accompanied by Za'atar Oven Fries and Braised Cannellini Beans. A healthy delicious and flavorful meal.
Harissa Shrimp: Shrimp, Sauce (Roasted Red Bell Peppers (Red Bell Peppers, Olive Oil), Water, Green Bell Peppers, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Parsley, Seasoning, Salt).
Za’atar Oven Fries: Red Potato, Olive Oil, Seasoning, Sumac, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt.
Braised Cannellini Beans: Cannellini Beans, Swiss Chard, Vegetable Stock (Water, Onion, Carrots, Celery, Olive Oil), Roasted Red Bell Peppers (Red Bell Peppers, Olive Oil), Onion, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Seasoning, Sea Salt.
Heating Directions From Frozen:
Stove Top: (Preferred Method) Bring water to a boil. Immerse pouch(es) in water, reduce heat to simmer and heat for 5 minutes.
Microwave: (Alternative Method) Pierce hole in plastic film for venting. Place pouches on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 2 ½ – 3 minutes, or until heated through Let product stand for 1 – 2 minutes before enjoying.
Oven: (Not Recommended)
In the event your meal is not fully reheated after removal from the pouches, you may continue reheating in a microwave on a microwave safe dish until done – which should be no more than another minute or two. An internal temperature of 158° F must be reached. Appliances vary, adjust accordingly.
For items without sauces or gravy, cut a hole in corner of pouch and drain excess liquid before plating.
