Romesco Sauce – a Spanish romesco roasted red pepper sauce. Traditionally served with fish, this Catalan mixture of roasted red peppers and almonds goes perfectly with meats as well, and adds a bright splash of color and flavor to your plate.
Za’atar Oven Fries – Sumac, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt – Eastern Mediterranean za’atar is an intensely aromatic and ancient spice blend and condiment. The mixture is traditionally made with dried herbs such as marjoram or thyme, we make ours with sumac for a vibrant twist. The sumac brightens everything up with citrus tones, but it’s also earthy, it makes our fries pop and it goes extremely well with the nuttiness of sesame seeds. Our fries come out of the oven so are a healthy way to enjoy favorite comfort food.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Our Brussels Sprouts are oven-roasted with a drizzle of olive oil, seasoned with a pinch of sea salt, and topped with lemon preserved.Simple, delicious, and all-natural.

Romesco Sauce- Roasted Red Bell Peppers (Red Bell Peppers, Olive Oil), Water, Almonds, Breadcrumbs (Bleached Wheat Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Soybean Oil), Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt.
Stovetop:submerge bags in boiling water. Sauces 3 - 4 min, Sides 5 - 6 min and Proteins 7 - 8 min.
Microwave:puncture bags and microwave them. Sauces 1 - 2 min, Sides 3 - 4 min, Proteins 5 - 7 min. Time may vary depending on the microwave. Recommend that times are done in increments until the desired temperature is achieved.
