A Premium Quality fire-grilled chicken breast, served with an Artichoke-Lemon Sauce. Accompanied Za’atar Oven Fries and Moroccan Ratatouille.
Fire- Grilled Chicken Breast –Our premium quality chicken is fire-grilled with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Artichoke-Lemon Sauce –A healthy zesty artichoke-lemon butter sauce. Artichokes are a superfood in every sense of the word.
Moroccan ratatouille –what distinguishes our ratatouille from the traditional French ratatouille is dates and apricots join yellow squash and red bell peppers.
Za’atar Oven Fries – Sumac, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt – Eastern Mediterranean za’atar is an intensely aromatic and ancient spice blend and condiment. The mixture is traditionally made with dried herbs such as marjoram or thyme (the Arabic word za’atar, pronounced ZAH-tahr, also means “thyme”), we make ours with sumac for a vibrant twist. The sumac brightens everything up with citrus tones, but it’s also earthy, it makes our fries pop and it goes extremely well with the nuttiness of sesame seeds. Our fries come out of the oven so are a healthy way to enjoy favorite comfort food.
