Roasted Turkey Breast- Slowly oven cooked Premium quality Turkey Breast generously brushed with melted butter and fresh thyme, savory and rosemary.
Honey Glazed Sweet Potatoes- Oven cooked Sweet Potatoes then drizzled with a mixture of Butter, Pepper, Brown sugar, ginger, orange, lime, and all spices over a pan and finished in the oven.
Wild Mushrooms- Sliced Wild Mushrooms sautéed with Olive Oil and Onions, seasoned with Salt, and Pepper and finished with a sprinkle of Parsley.
Caramelized Turnips- Sautéed Turnips with butter and a drizzle of honey until they are fully coated and brown.
