Traditionally served with fish this Catalan mixture of roasted red peppers and almonds goes perfectly with this chicken dish. Accompanied by Orzo with Pecorino Romano Cream Sauce with Shaved Broccoli and Mushrooms and Tunisian Cauliflower Gratin with a Chermoula Sauce.

Turkey and Vegetable Kabob – Our turkey is all-natural, locally sourced and 100% antibiotic, added hormone and steroid free and raised on family farms in cage-free environments. Pecorino Romano Cream Sauce with Shaved Broccoli and Mushrooms – A six- year study found that Pecorino Romano cheese is not only tasty but is good for you too. Pecorino Romano cheese, made from sheep’s milk, is high in healthy fats essential to a nutritious diet. Pecorino cheese contains high amounts of omega 3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), unsaturated fatty acids naturally found in certain food groups that have proven to be very healthy. Omega 3’s are beneficial in preventing cardiovascular diseases, improving immune function, reducing inflammation, improving vision and learning, and slowing down mental deterioration. Heating Directions From Frozen:
Stove Top: (Preferred Method) Bring water to a boil. Immerse pouch(es) in water, reduce heat to simmer and heat for 8 minutes. Side dishes and sauces (if included) require only 4½ to 5 minutes in the same pot.

Microwave: (Alternative Method) Pierce hole in plastic film for venting. Place pouches on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 4 ½ to 5 minutes, or until heated through Let product stand for 1 – 2 minutes before enjoying.

Oven: (Not Recommended)

In the event your meal is not fully reheated after removal from the pouches, you may continue reheating in a microwave on a microwave safe dish until done – which should be no more than another minute or two. An internal temperature of 158° F must be reached. Appliances vary, adjust accordingly.

For items without sauces or gravy, cut a hole in corner of pouch and drain excess liquid before plating.
