Zesty Tofu Vegetarian Feast


A delicious vegetarian meal made of pan-seared Tofu topped with Artichoke- Lemon Sauce. As sides you have our classic Garlic Marble Potatoes that always bring a comfort food feeling and the Brussels Sprouts topped with Lemon preserved 

Tofu: Pan-seared tofu seasoned with Olive Oils, Salt, and Pepper.

Artichoke-Lemon Sauce –A healthy zesty artichoke-lemon butter sauce. 

Roasted Garlic Marble Potatoes – A simple all-natural complement to any dish, simply potatoes, olive oil, and garlic. 

Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Our Brussels Sprouts are oven-roasted with a drizzle of olive oil, seasoned with a pinch of sea salt, and topped with lemon preserved. Simple, delicious, and all-natural. 


Ingredients

Pan Seared Tofu: Tofu (Water, Organic Soybeans Natural Coagulants (Nigari [Magnesium Chloride], Gypsum [Calcium Sulfate]), Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Black Pepper).

Artichoke-Lemon Sauce: Milk (Grade A Reduced Fat Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D3), Artichoke (Artichoke, Water, Salt, Citric Acid), Enriched Unbleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter (Cream), Lemon Juice, Garlic, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano. 

Garlic Marble Potatoes: Marble Potatoes, Garlic Oil (Olive Oil, Garlic), Seasoning, Sea Salt. 

Brussels Sprouts:Brussel Sprouts, Lemon Preserves (Water, Lemon, White Sugar), Olive Oil, Sea Salt.

Heating Instructions from Frozen

Stove Top: submerge bags in boiling water.
Sauces 3 - 4 min, Sides 5 - 6 min and Proteins 6 - 7 min.

Microwave: puncture bags and microwave them.
Sauces 1 - 2 min, Sides 3 - 4 min, Proteins 5 - 7 min.
Time may vary depending on the microwave. Recommend that times are done in increments until the desired temperature is achieved.
